Children are encouraged to play yoga and experience how their breath and body move together in a fun-filled way! Through music, stories, and physical shapes like unicorn pose and giraffe, children will be immersed in a fun & active experience to move their bodies and connect to their breathe.

We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our butterfly wings as we stretch, balance, twist, bend and play!
